| On 26 April 1986, a huge explosion occurred in a small town in Ukraine called Chernobyl. It was a nuclear power station accident and caused a large amount of environmental pollution. Immediately after the accident, the most significant radioisotopes released were radioiodines. How can we keep the USA safe from radioactive meltdowns and dirty bombs? | |
