| Summary: | |
| A post-industrial town is approached by a large chemical corporation looking to renovate several old factories into a paper mill, synthesis unit, and metal refinery. These new installations could mean a major boost to the economy, but it would cost the company too much money to retrofit the old factories so as to keep chemical runoff from flowing into a nearby river. Based on projected runoff estimates and the companys proposed solutions, should the town council go ahead with the sale? | |
