Summary:
Megan, a nursing student at Emory, is told that as a part of her Intro to Nursing class she has to participate in a research study. At first she is resistant, but then decides to participate in a randomized, placebo-controlled intervention trial for insomnia. Megan meets with Nurse Cole, the study's research coordinator, who discusses confidentiality and informed consent with her.
