Summary:
Does Beano's claim to aid in digestion discomfort really hold true? Jacob has an untimely incident with a Taco Bell snack. In order to avoid an embarrassing situation on a much anticipated rendezvous later in the evening, his biological recall of enzymes comes into question. Students will become a group of research and development scientist for Taco Bell and conduct a lab investigation to test for enzymatic reactions using beans and beano.
