Science Education!

For Undergraduates
Problem-Based Learning
(PBL) Fellowship
Available to graduate and undergraduate students of
*all disciplines* to work with high school teachers to develop
and implement Problem-Based Learning lessons in history,
math, science, special education, english, visual arts, and
drama courses. 1 week summer institute, 5 hrs/wk in fall

PRISM Graduate Fellowship
Develop and implement problem-based learning lessons
in partnership with a middle or high school teacher.
An NSF Graduate Teaching Fellows in K-12 Education
(GK-12) program. Eligibility: Emory
PhD students in Anthropology, Chemistry, GDBBS,
Mathematics, Psychology, public health. Clark Atlanta PhD students
in Biology and Chemistry. $30,000 stipend for
12
months, 12 hrs/wk. Applications

HHMI Undergraduate Curriculum
Development Fellowship
Work with Emory faculty to develop modules for
college science courses. $2500 stipend for 1 semester, 5
hrs/wk. Applications available mid-spring 2008.
