Outbreak!

An epidemic of diarrheal disease has struck the quaint rural town of Mapleville, killing young children and sending hundreds to the hospital. Students must act quickly to find the source and stop transmission. This case covers concepts of microbiology, water pollution, agricultural runoff, and introduces students to the field of public health. Based on a true story.
