Through a succession of grants, the CSE has consistently
encouraged curriculum development at Emory University and our partner
institutions. We have sponsored problem-based learning workshops
and technology in teaching workshops for college and high school
faculty. We have also supported the development and implementation
of new courses. We encourage active learning techniques, including
problem-based learning, as well as the use of technology in teaching.
Because we believe in the importance of integrating research and
education, we also have a strong interest in research ethics.
