Technical and Printing Help

1. We offer some files in Adobe Acrobat format. This guarantees that the files will print just as they appear on your screen. To view these files, you will need a small, free program called Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®.

If you have Acrobat Reader, the file will open automatically when you click on the file name.

If you do not have Reader, the file will not open. You may download this software from the Acrobat site listed below. This software is easy to install, and used commonly for documents on the Web.

2. PRINTING HELP:

Windows users may experience trouble printing, specifically, in having some of the text on the right margin not print correctly.

You may get around this problem in two ways:

1. Go to the File menu of your browser and set the left and right margins to be 0.75" or less.

2. Go to the File menu and define the paper to print in landscape mode.

MacOS users who notice this problem can simply click on the "fit to page" setting in the Print Preview option of the web browser's File menu.
