Termerion McCrary wanted to improve
the results of standardized test scores of students at Booker T.
Washington High School by creating standard teaching units for each
teacher to follow. Students at Booker T. Washington have the hardest
time on the science portion of the standardized exams. Ms. McCrary
created Georgia Graduation Test (GGT) Resource Guides for thirteen
teachers within the science department. The Guides contain over
80 units, as well as end-of-the-week assessments, and additional
work for those who score less than 75%.
